The program focuses on the values of being proud, wholesome, safety oriented, helpful to others, a team player, having a great work ethic, upholding qualities of quality, safety, integrity, and experience, and providing support. The program aims to encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, while nurturing a work culture of excellence, growth, and support. The program includes recognition ceremonies where recipients are acknowledged for their achievements and awarded with a token of appreciation from the company. Through the Culture Champions program, we recognize the impact that each employee has on our company’s success and the positive impact their demonstrated values have on our colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
