Doing Right By Others, From Day One
Commercial Steel Erection (CSE) was founded by Danny Moon, whose journey in the steel and metalwork industry began at a young age. Taught by his father, Josh Moon, Danny quickly mastered the fundamentals of welding, working on farm equipment and vehicles for neighbors and friends. By the time he was 20, he had already built a solid foundation as an ironworker, welder, rigger, crane operator, and pipe welder in Harrisonburg, VA.
Recognizing his talent and strong work ethic, businessmen in Lynchburg, VA, asked Danny to join their steel erection business. He accepted the opportunity, but despite the business’s success, the pay and ownership promises were never fulfilled. Danny knew he could do better — not only for himself and his family, but for other professionals like him.
He founded the company that would become CSE, Inc.: a company driven by Danny’s commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and delivering on promises. At CSE, Inc. we treat clients and employees with the same honesty and respect. We hold ourselves and our work to the highest standards.
